If you want to cancel your stay or shorten it, you need to make an amendment (3) days prior to arrival, otherwise total stay charge (100%) of original booking will apply.
Tourism tax of RM10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests (Malaysia Tourism Tax Act 2017). This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid (cash) upon check-in. General terms:
Breakfast for (2) is included (if not other stated).
Maximum people per chalet is three (2+1). Kids aged below (12) can stay free if in existing beds, but charged RM10 for buffet breakfast. The third adult or kid aged (12) and above, always requires extra bed charged RM45, breakfast inclusive. The extra bed (only one) needs to be requested at the time of booking. Big families (more than 3) are requested to contact the property for lodging arrangements options.
Please take note that since property is a holiday resort the reception office hours are 8am-5pm. Normal check-in time is 14:00-21:00, check-out 8:00-12:00. For late arrival and early departures please arrange in advance.
